1. Identification
1.2. FTC is the owner of the following social media accounts:
1.3. The person accessing this Website (hereinafter, User) asserts that they are of the minimum legal age to give consent in relation to information society services. Otherwise, the User must refrain from accessing this Website.
1.4. By accessing this Website or contracting Services, the User expressly accepts all the clauses of its privacy policy, and its terms and conditions, as well as all those specific conditions collected for the use of certain services. In case of not accepting any of the mentioned clauses, the User must refrain from accessing this Website and contracting the Services.
2. Purpose
2.1. This Website uses cookies or other similar functionality files (hereinafter, cookies) that store and retrieve information when the User browses.
2.2. The purpose of this cookie policy is to inform the User clearly and in detail about what a cookie is, what its purpose is, what type of cookies this Website uses, and how to configure or, where appropriate, disable them.
2.3. FTC is responsible for cookies and for the processing of data obtained through them, whether they are its own or third-party cookies, deciding on the purpose, content, and use of the information collected.
2.4. The User can obtain more information about the processing of their personal data in the privacy policy.
3. Definition, Function, and Use of Cookies
3.1. In general, cookies can serve very diverse purposes, such as recognizing a user, obtaining information about their browsing habits, or personalizing the way content is displayed.
3.2. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the User's browser when they visit this Website and that saves information about the browsing they carry out. Some cookies are essential for the proper functioning of websites, such as technical cookies or user interface customization cookies, while others, such as analytics cookies or behavioral advertising cookies, require that the User be informed and give their consent for them to be used by this Website.
3.3. Cookies that are necessary for the sole purpose of transmitting an electronic communication or, to the extent that it is strictly necessary, for the provision of an information society service explicitly requested by the recipient are excepted from informing and obtaining the User's consent regarding their use.
3.4. Below, and with the aim of enabling the User to provide fully informed consent, information is provided on what each type of cookie consists of and its purpose:
- Technical cookies: these allow a user to navigate a website, platform, or application and use the different options or services that exist on it, including the management and operation of the website and enabling its functions and services, such as, for example, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering the elements that make up an order, carrying out the process of purchasing an order, managing payment, etc. The website cannot function properly without these cookies, so they are considered necessary and do not require the user's consent.
- Preference or customization cookies: these allow a website to remember information that changes the way the page behaves or looks, so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their use options of the website from those of other users, such as language, the number of results to display when the user performs a search, or the region in which the user is located. If the user themselves chooses these characteristics, for example, by marking the language flag, it is considered a service expressly requested as long as the cookies exclusively comply with the selected customization purpose. As in the previous case, these cookies do not require the user's consent.
3.5. Similarly, and for the same purpose, information is provided below on the different types of cookies according to who uses them:
- First-party cookies: these are those sent to the user's terminal equipment from an equipment or domain managed by the editor itself and from which the requested service is provided.
- Third-party cookies: these are those sent to the user's terminal equipment from an equipment or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes data obtained through cookies.
3.6. The types of cookies used by this Website, by whom, and their purpose are described in point 5.
4. Expiry
4.1. The expiry of a cookie is its storage period, after which it will cease to collect information.
Persistent cookies: those in which the data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie's controller, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
- Session cookies: those designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are usually used to store information that is only interested in preserving for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion (e.g., a list of services acquired) and disappear when the session ends.
